I’m Martin Behrman, a photographer and filmmaker dedicated to the world of food, drink and hospitality. It’s about more than just taste; it’s about the people and places behind the ingredients. I founded Behrman Media 10 years ago and have gone on to shoot regularly for Fortnum & Mason and OpenTable, bringing a wide variety of their food and drink stories to life. These include the ‘Food Behind The Pages’ series for Fortnum & Mason with the likes of Thomasina Miers, Paul Ainsworth, and Poppy O’Toole and the ‘Behind Every Shift’ series for OpenTable, shooting with well known restaurant groups such as The Lanesborough, Jam Delish & Los Mochis.
Based in London but working across the UK and Europe, I help brands find their voice through high-end stills and cinematic film. Whether this be for restaurants such as the José Pizarro Group or prestige champagne and wine houses such as Bollinger Champagne and Chateau Léoville Poyferré.
